Judith McCabe Jarvis

Review by writer, Adriana della Porta

Judith McCabe-Jarvis makes us look  at life, and  see something more.  Her facile talent with the instruments of art -- in this case brush strokes and color and  christening her canvas -- underpin the quotidian with originality and honesty that  make "girl with sunglasses" or "at the jersey shore" irresistible and beautiful,  witty and affirming.

> McCabe-Jarvis' work has been commissioned and collected for public spaces and private legacies from California to Connecticut, Arizona to Florida.  Her career began at public university and was enriched in Europe and the daily rigors of developing her perspective of the visual inspiration of meaning and purpose most recently in Brandywine River, Pennsylvania.
